From Data Analytics to Dream Job Success

During our very first coaching session, Bethany had her sights set on Data Analytics. It seemed like a natural fit—until we started talking. As the conversation unfolded, something clicked. I found myself saying, "Bethany, you're a Project Coordinator!"

The way she spoke about systems, operational efficiency, and keeping things running smoothly sparked a hunch. When she shared stories of her previous experience in project management, it all started to make sense. We decided to pivot her career focus, and the results were incredible.
