A 12-box bundle of Kleenex was delivered to my room.
My name on it, no note.
It was the beginning of the pandemic + we were completely out of the essentials.
(As in, the funding was gone.)
We were all buying hand sanitizer, wipes and Kleenex for our classrooms.
We could hardly keep up.
That anonymous delivery meant so very much.
Pretty sure I cracked open a box right then to wipe a tear.

ด๐๐,
I KNOW how hard you work and with such limited resources.
I get it, I had almost ๐ฎ๐ฌ years in myself.
(era maestra de espaรฑol, mij@ )
You’re much more accustomed to giving than receiving.
You take care of SO MUCH.
You deserve more.
As you’re preparing your classroom, let us surprise you!
It’s your turn!
